Remember the Association welcomes anyone who has served the Guns for 3 months or more, so get together a group of your era comrades for a great catchup.

Programme Outline

Friday:
1600hrs – Registration, relax, mix and mingle at Suncourt Hotel - Tauhara Room

Saturday:
0930hrs- time for a tea or coffee in the Tauhara Room 1000hrs – Association AGM in the Tauhara Room
(Please Note: Lunch own arrangements).

1230 – 1730hrs - Boat departs from the marina for a three hour trip on Lake Taupo - this will depend on numbers. If a boat trip is not your thing, Taupo has many other attractions close to the town centre:

 Shopping – Taupo has an interesting range of shops
 Huka Falls
 Huka Honey Hive – free homey and mead tasting
 Saturday riverside market 1000 - 1300
 Craters of the Moon geothermal park
 Lava Glass workshop
 Geothermal Hot Pools

1800 hrs – Assemble at the Suncourt Hotel for semi-formal dinner at 1900 hrs.
Dress: Gents – Tie, jacket with medals /miniatures. Ladies, semi-formal.

Sunday:
1000hrs - A brief commemoration service at the RSA section of the Taupo Cemetery.
