Remember the Association welcomes anyone who has served the Guns for 3 months or more, so get together a group of your era comrades for a great catchup.

We have checked as best we can that Trentham can still cater for this event given the recently enlarged NZDF Covid deployment and as of now they say they can, but it might be wise for people planning to attend to make cancel-able/refundable bookings for travel etc, just in case things change between now and mid October.

Programme
Friday:
Meet and Greet:
1630hrs – Registration, relax, mix and mingle at WO/SNCO Mess, Trentham Camp, Includes finger food. Cash bar to buy own drinks. Cost $10

Saturday:
AGM and light lunch: Cost $15, including lunch
0930hrs - Morning tea/coffee in the WO/SNCO Mess, Trentham Camp.
1000hrs – Association AGM in the WO/SNCO Mess, Trentham Camp.
1200hrs - Light lunch in the WO/SNCO Mess, Trentham Camp.

Afternoon Activities:
1230 – 1630hrs - Option 1 - Pistol Shoot at Wellington Pistol Club range, Newtown, Wellington. transport provided. Cost is $60 per shooter, payable in CASH at the venue. Return transport will be provided. Departs from Trentham WO/SNCO Mess. THIS ACTIVITY IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 20 SHOOTERS THAT SIGN UP FOR THE EVENT ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE.

1300 - 1500hrs - Option 2 - Visit to the SAS EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Squadron Museum based in Trentham Camp. Nil cost.

Dinner:
1800 for 1900hrs - Meet at WO/SNCO Mess for a semi-formal dinner. Cost $60 per person including wine and port with meal. Cash bar for other drinks at own cost.
Dress:  Gents – Tie, jacket with medals /miniatures or Mess Kit. Ladies, semi-formal.

Sunday:
1000hrs - A brief service at the Trentham Chapel

Accommodation Options
27 single room (one single bed per room) accommodation has been secured in camp at the Messines Centre for either Friday and/or Saturday night. Linen is provided and this comes as a single bed with breakfast booking at a total cost of $30.00 per night per room/person. Breakfast  included in camp in 800-pers mess. Available on a first in first served basis. One single bed/person per room, so a couple would need 2 rooms.
