Captain James Cooke FLACK, on 1 June 2014 peacefully at Hutt Hospital aged 84 years.
Beloved husband of Elsa; Loved father of John, Jenny, Craig, James, and father-in-law of David, Garth, Lisa and Leanne. Zanpa to Curtis, Sarah, William, Zoe, Kayla and Cassie.  A private service has been held.  Messages to the Flack family may be posted to C/- PO Box 30127, Lower Hutt 5040.
