“It was with some consternation that I read a post of Tom`s recovery from a quadruple bypass operation. In subsequent communication Tom has assured me that whilst only seven days after the operation he is feeling like s–t, the prognosis is very good, he expects to make a full recovery as the heart itself is in great shape-its just the arteries which needed some attention.
Tom continues to serve as a Lt Col in 1 Arty Bde headquarters, near Larkhill.
I`m sure everyone would join me in wishing Tom a speedy and full recovery, our thoughts are with him.  Tony McL”
