Royal New Zealand Artillery Association Reunion and Annual General Meeting. AUCKLAND (Arch Hill and New Lynn) 9 -10 – 11 October 2026. REGISTRATIONS WILL OPEN 1 AUGUST 2026.

Day 1 – Friday, 9  October

For event registration and a laid-back mix-and-mingle.

Registration and Meet & Greet Gathering (No Cost)

Time: Friday 18th 1700 hrs

Location: Conservatory Function room

Meals/Food and drinks at own cost from club Restaurant/Bar.

Association AGM (No Cost)

Time: Saturday 19th 0900hrs

Saturday Afternoon Activity
Waikato Artillery Museum Visit ($10.00 per person)

Saturday 19th

Your chance to visit the new Waikato Artillery Museum near Morrinsville, set up by a dedicated band of Waikato Gunners - including Free bus.

Currently there is a seat available on the bus for the first 48 people registered to take the bus. Otherwise use own private transport out to museum or get a ride to museum with other attendees who have a car with them. Museum address is 502 Tauhei Road, Mangateparu, and it is a 39km (approx 40 min) drive there from the Workingmens Club in Hamilton. Bus departs Workingmens Club at 1230, Museum tour at 1315, Return Hamilton approx 1500 hrs.

Semi-Formal Dinner ($65.00 per person)

Semi-Formal Dinner. Meet in Conservatory Function room. Saturday 19th, 1730 for 1845 hrs.

I/we will be attending the semi-formal Dinner on Saturday 19th. 

1730-1800 – assemble. Pre-dinner drinks. Conservatory Function room. Drinks at own cost from bar
1845 - Multi selection buffet style dinner. Port with dinner for toasts provided by RNZA Association. Other drinks during and after dinner at own cost from bar.
2130 - Post dinner socialising.

Dress:  Gents – Tie, jacket or Mess Kit. Ladies, semi-formal or Mess Kit. With medals /miniatures.

Commemorative Service (No Cost)
Sunday 20th 1000hrs, Memorial Park, 52 Memorial Dr - Hamilton East
11am – Depart for home locations for those who need to depart. For those who wish to, join together to go to Lunch before heading home (own cost). TBA
