Veterans’ Affairs New Zealand is seeking Expressions of Interest from New Zealand Second World War veterans who served in the Pacific and who may wish to attend the 70th anniversary commemorations in April 2013. The commemorations will be held in Noumea, New Caledonia, 25/26 April 2013, and in New Zealand in early May 2013.
To be eligible to attend one of these commemorations, you must have been attested into the New Zealand Armed Forces at the time and have been awarded, or have been eligible for, the Pacific Star.
