Forli 38 (NZ) AT Bty RA 9 Nov 1944

From Chris Dunham:
I am the historian for 42 Regiment Royal Artillery which unfortunately was disbanded in 1977.  One of the Batteries that served with the Regiment is now Known as 94 New Zealand battery, during the War it was known as 38 Anti Tank Battery and it fought at Flori Airport Italy. This was at the same time as your 5th Regiment.
I noticed this on the facebook page for the NZ Artillery where they have provided a photograph.

I have emailed the Mayor of Flori for any information of the 1944 Battles etc. I will keep you informed of whatever information he provides, in the meantime here is a link to some aerial photos of 38th Battery Gun Positions.
