Here are the details of the Gunner’s Day Celebrations in the Capital
It is a Saturday this year – So a good opportunity to attend and have a beer or three afterwards.
Wellington Gunners Day
Sat 26 May 2018 – 1145 for 1200 service
National War Memorial (Carillon)
The format will be a Short service, Wreath Laying, The Ode, and Last Post
Form there it is a short walk/or drive to the Southern Cross for lunch and a few cold ones.
The bar at the Southern Cross is great for a group.
