Hello again, thank you for your previous assistance. One of the 161Bty. personell I served with in Vietnam 1969 with was Paul (Truck) Carr RNZA 602254. I've since found that he has passed on.My brief searches have revealed he passed away in Wellington 13th November 2014 and his deadh notice was recorded by the "TARANKI Daily News" on 15th November 2014. The place of burial was Te Uru o Popia Urupa Taranaki. It is still my intention to attend an Anzac Day service in Auckland this year and if possible visit the grave of Paul Carr.
It will be greatly apprecited if you can assist me in locating the Cemetery where he is buried.
Yours Sincerely.. Jeff Bowthorpe. ex 1Field REgt. LAD Vietnam 1969.
