Friday 18th October

Registration
From 5pm - Snacks and refreshments available.
Hamilton Combined Returned Services Club, 50 Rostrevor Street, Hamilton.

Saturday 19th October

AGM 9am – Waikato Room, Hamilton Sky Casino Lower Ground floor.
Morning Tea will be provided.

Waikato Artillery Museum Tour
12.30am - Depart on transport from outside Waikato Room
1.15pm - Museum tour
3pm - Return to Hamilton

Dinner
6pm - Pre-dinner drinks, Waikato Room
6.45pm - Buffet Dinner, Waikato Room
9.30pm - Post dinner socialising, Waikato Room or Gaming floor!

Sunday 20th October

Memorial Service
10am – Memorial Park, 52 Memorial Dr Hamilton East

11am – Depart for home locations for those who need to depart.
For those who wish to, join together to go to Lunch before heading home (own
cost).
