Media release: Information and background on our new RSA National President, BJ Clark

On Monday, a media release was distributed to the national media to provide information and background on our new RSA National President, BJ Clark.

BJ will lead the RSA's centennial commemorations of New Zealanders who served in the First World War, at Gallipoli, the Western Front and in the Middle East. It's an historic time but BJ has the future firmly in mind, wanting to quietly revolutionise the iconic RSA movement so it becomes even more effective and relevant to today's members and generations to come.

You can download the media release here, and are encouraged to distribute this to your local media contacts to raise your local profile and use it in your newsletters to members as a way of introducing the new President to them.

Despite BJ being in Perth for the RSL National Congress, he has been doing a number of media interviews on the flag debate. Click here to listen to his interview with RadioLive. We've also asked our Facebook followers what they think about the flag - click here to see the discussion.
