It is with regret I advise that Bob McFarland has marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky. Bob passed away peacefully at Bryant House, Taradale, on December 20 2017, aged 95.

The 100th anniversary of the Battle of Passchendaele was marked on the 11th November 2017 by a 100 gun salute, fired at Fort de Seclin near Lille France with WW1 era Ordnance QF 18 pounders. One of the guns was manned by ex RNZA personnel, along with people from other artilleries.
It is with regret I advise that Dennis Schofield, former Director of Music of The Band of The Royal Regiment of New Zealand Artillery marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky.
It is with regret I advise that Bruce Wynyard marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky. Bruce passed away on 14 November 2017, at Waikato Hospital, surrounded by family.
David Weston, Graeme Ready, Peter Miles and Nev Mersky have all attended the 9RAR reunion in Adelaide this week - 50 years since they were raised in Keswick barracks, Adelaide (November 1967) after 3 RAR sailed for South Vietnam - 9RAR replaced them in 1 ATF 1 year later. The four New Zealand at
